Thomas W. Barlow, Esq. is a top-rated personal injury litigator and land use lawyer with over 30 years of experience. He is a certified Workers’ Compensation Lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court, one of approximately 300 attorneys in the state. Thomas developed an early passion for personal injury law, dedicating his career to representing individuals injured by the negligence of others.

Thomas is known for his straightforward and honest approach. He provides his clients with a clear and realistic assessment of their cases, what the law allows, and what it may not accomplish. He believes that demystifying the legal process helps clients feel informed about the complexities of the system and manage expectations from the start.

One of Thomas’s greatest strengths is his extensive knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law as well as the statutes and precedents involved in each case. He is widely regarded by peers and judges alike for his integrity, professionalism, and committed advocacy in protecting his clients’ rights and best interests.

Thomas is the Planning Board Attorney for Piscataway and South River and formerly Sayreville. He is also a Middlesex County Arbitrator, former President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association, and Vice President of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety & Health. He is also the former Mayor of the Borough of Spotswood and former Municipal Prosecutor in Keyport.
